



Kelly Mooney is the president and chief experience officer of Resource Interactive, an interactive marketing company in Columbus, Ohio. In these dual roles, Mooney is responsible for establishing the strategic vision for the company's interactive marketing services and ongoing thought leadership in consumer experience branding.
Mooney has nearly 20 years of consulting experience, helping leading retail companies deliver relevant and distinctive customer experiences. While at Resource Interactive, she has directed strategic and creative initiatives for Apple, Victoria's Secret, Condeacute;Net, Ford Motor Company, Kingston Technologies, AOL/CompuServe, and Limited Brands, among others. Mooney's consumer experience work has been prominently featured in print media including Fortune, Time, Inc., People and BusinessWeek, and on CBS, CNN, and CNBC.
Prior to joining Resource Interactive, Mooney spent nearly 10 years with Fitch, an international design consultancy. There she led the creative development and execution of award-winning retail environments for such leading brands as Hush Puppies, Lee Jeans, and Reebok.
Mooney holds a degree in industrial design from The Ohio State University. She is a frequent keynote lecturer and panelist for national conferences including AIGA, Guy Kawasaki's Bootcamp for Startups, Internet World, Fast Company, and Gartner Group's E-Tail Vision.

An experienced writer, editor, and brand strategist, Laura Bergheim helps distill and translate compelling brand messages into smart, focused communications. She believes that consumers relate to brands just as they relate to other people: Through relationships, experiences, and expectations.
Laura served as creative director for content at Resource Interactive for three years before starting her own communications company, CopyDogs, which has served clients such as Procter & Gamble and The Longaberger Co. She is also a founding partner in The Orchard Group, LLC, a marketing and sales consultancy that brings together best-of-breed talents for collaborative projects.
She has authored / co-authored seven books and has written and produced communications for every media, from print to broadcast to interactive. She wrote a nationally syndicated travel column for King Features for four years, and helped build the first generation of Web portal content at Lycos while leading a nationwide team of content creators.
Laura also hosted a daily, nationally broadcast travel radio show and promoted the joys of roadtripping while media spokesperson / contributing editor for The Rand McNallly Road Atlas. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY.
